Process & Systems Lead
£40,000 - £50,000 per annum DOE
Poole, Dorset

Ambridge Harris is recruiting a Process and Systems Lead on behalf of our established client based in Poole.
The key focus of this role is to provide subject matter expertise and a strategic interface between all Hire to Retire processes and other processes. You will be responsible for identifying improvements and leading these through development, enhancement, implementation and sustainment of the relevant technology applications in line with best practice or through improved processes or controls.


* To drive improvement across Hire to Retire (H2R) processes to achieve best practice standards
* To ensure that the Microsoft Dynamics AX and CRM ERP system supports and underpins these processes by determining applications system requirements for new or modified applications, preparing functional/ process specifications and managing the development, testing and implementation of efficient, cost effective solutions
* Continually seek to gain the best from the capability of the ERP AX and CRM solution, understanding the art of the possible and driving the business to deliver the potential benefits
* To understand the criticality of the financial and people data used and the stakeholder interfaces so that two way feedback is established between the relevant departments to determine themes, trends and opportunities from the business, and to be pro active in driving improvements towards best practice
* To lead in the identification, assessment and articulation of requirements of the People function to application development, acting as a key strategic link by forecasting the future process requirements into the AX Dynamics and CRM systems.
* To lead and work within a project approach, implementing and sustaining change to business practices through proven methodologies
* To perform the role of AX Dynamics module owner for the Hire to Retire/People modules
* Support the planned roll out of new business systems and processes that impact the People function/Hire to Retire process to the organisation in order to enable the project success criteria to be delivered, meet the project aims, and deliver tangible commercial benefits realisation
* To champion the People function and raise its profile and externally by engaging with and offering process and systems advice and guidance to key stakeholders
* To support testing and training to ensure the successful delivery of new systems, programmes and solutions in alignment with the project plan
* To be involved in any other ad hoc tasks as required

Skills & Experience:

* Degree, HND or HNC level or equivalent qualification/experience
* Background in HR processes supporting the Employee advantageous
* Demonstrable knowledge of a large organisation with low volume, high complexity processes.
* Proven experience in operating within an environment with business knowledge of change and systems change management.
* Experience of delivering improvement through the ERP systems.
* Proven people skills, with ability to persuade and influence and significant stakeholder management experience. Leads with integrity, consideration and accepts challenge. Ideally possesses good CI facilitation skills
