Change Manager
Salary: 45,000 per annum
Location: Peterborough

My client is looking to recruit a Change Manager for their offices based in Peterborough. The primary responsibilities of the role include:

* Change requirements accurately scoped & costed where outside of BAU activity
* Governance - Attending the Change Advisory Board and Operations management meetings
* Providing MI on contractual IT SLA delivery & system performance
* System Improvements & Enhancements understood and delivered in line with agreed timelines and legislation.
* Delivery of systems, testing, releases, upgrades, uploads and interface monitoring
* DR testing & reporting undertaken in accordance to contractual requirements
* System issues- performance & escalations managed to the Clients satisfaction,
* Providing feedback on issues and priorities raised by Operations so that these can be addressed
* Reviewing incident and changes - identifying trends and issues, providing updates to Operations. Co-ordinating actions to inform and educate Operations staff around process and required information that assists a speedy resolution.
* Support the smooth delivery of Tax Year End for UK, Jersey, Guernsey, ROI and Channel Islands
* Identifying opportunities to improve the service delivered to Operations and implementing improvements
* Deliver root cause analysis reports for major incidents
* Continued assessment of Payroll Operations Risks and controls in place to ensure compliance of service delivery.

Do you have:
* Change Management experience
* Processing compliant payrolls within an operating framework
* IT Service Management experience in an outsourced or commercial service delivery environment
* Knowledge of ITIL Service Management practices
* Presentation skills
* Business, technical and financial awareness
* Able to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Excellent communication skills both written and orally
* Can make decisions without guidance
* Influencing / Negotiation skills
* A drive to learn and develop
* ITIL qualifications
* IT Support of ResourceLink or similar software
* HR/Payroll experience or qualifications
* Project management experience
